Floor Cassettes

A floor cassette is a sandwich type structure

The outer casing of the sandwich type floor structure is made from highly durable composite materials.

Inside the casing is the steel frame and high-quality insulation.

A local steel company supplies us with engineered steel floor frames.

Using the cassette method, two workers can assemble and complete a floor for a house module in less than an hour.

Our floors:

  • are light-weight and durable
  • span longer distances – require less pile supports
  • do not hold moisture, or have shrinkage or warping issues common with timber
